Refunds & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with patanjalideoghar.in. We are committed to delivering only genuine Patanjali products to our customers in Deoghar district. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ You received a wrong item (wrong product delivered).
✅ You received a damaged or defective product (broken seal, leakage, expired, or damaged packaging).
✅ The product delivered is expired or near expiry (within 1 month of expiry).
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by calling or WhatsApp at 9308145105 or emailing support@patanjalideoghar.in.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and photos of the damaged/wrong product.
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Products opened or used.
❌ Personal care, food, or consumable items unless damaged/expired.
❌ Change of mind or personal dislike.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or UPI transfer (you will need to provide your UPI ID).
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange a fresh shipment for eligible return cases. Please let our team know when you contact us.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched (usually within 4 hours of placing the order).
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will follow the return process if eligible.
